Responsibilities
  • Design, maintain and monitor team performance metrics (working with Director of Operations, Technology and BI teams)
  • Leverage analytics to help leadership improve performance, productivity, profitability, and quality
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to achieve lead and call volume team objectives
  • Create and manage sales process, script, quoting platform, CRM and telephony through collaboration with Sales Leadership and Technology
  • Optimize team performance by managing call assignment strategy on calls purchased by the agency
  • Collaborate with carriers on sales process and new business sales performance
  • Work with agency and AWL leadership to meet strategic goals and execution targets.
