Requirements
- Tech-savvy with a high comfort level in word processing tools
- Attentive to detail, for catching typos and creating accurate hyperlinks to locations both within and outside of the prescribed content
- Ability to learn ServiceNow Knowledgebase functionality quickly and accurately
- Experience with MS Word
Responsibilities
- Use the ServiceNow Knowledge module to re-create a large (185 pgs.) source document in our knowledge base
- Learn WYSIWYG content creation in ServiceNow (similar to MS Office products)
- Create and ensure the accuracy of hyperlinks throughout the content
- Create tags throughout the content to facilitate searches
- Identify and correct any typos in the source document to prevent their inclusion in the knowledge base
- Deliver end product within the ServiceNow knowledgebase that accurately replicates the source document
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- Experience with other Knowledge Management tools is a plus
