Requirements
  • Tech-savvy with a high comfort level in word processing tools
  • Attentive to detail, for catching typos and creating accurate hyperlinks to locations both within and outside of the prescribed content
  • Ability to learn ServiceNow Knowledgebase functionality quickly and accurately
  • Experience with MS Word
Responsibilities
  • Use the ServiceNow Knowledge module to re-create a large (185 pgs.) source document in our knowledge base
  • Learn WYSIWYG content creation in ServiceNow (similar to MS Office products)
  • Create and ensure the accuracy of hyperlinks throughout the content
  • Create tags throughout the content to facilitate searches
  • Identify and correct any typos in the source document to prevent their inclusion in the knowledge base
  • Deliver end product within the ServiceNow knowledgebase that accurately replicates the source document
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
  • Experience with other Knowledge Management tools is a plus
