- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Registered Nurse license (RN) issued by applicable state licensing authority (Illinois IDFPR, Missouri Division of Professional Registration, Oklahoma Board of Nursing, Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services) or a Compact State RN license, or eligibility
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider certification from American Heart Association (AHA) for the relevant state
- No experience required
- Ability to travel between multiple clinic sites including East, West, and Sun Prairie locations; willingness to travel as schedule requires
- Implements and monitors patient care plans and communicates patient condition as appropriate
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders
- Assesses and coordinates patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
- May round with physician in an inpatient setting
- Applies the existing body of evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge in health care to nursing practice to ensure patient age-specific and clinical needs are met
- Demonstrates professional nursing standards defined in the professional practice model and uses the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics as guidance
- Maintains safety and alertness in performance of duties
- Performs other duties as assigned
