THE JOB:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations of the sports bar. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Oversee Service Operations: Oversee daily team operations and ensure proper staffing levels. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure food service is running smoothly.
Enhance Guest Experience: Engage with guests, ensure prompt service, and create an exciting atmosphere tailored to sports fans and bettors.
Monitor Bar & Beverage Operations: Ensure proper drink preparation, inventory control, and adherence to liquor laws and company policies.
Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Oversee bar setup and overall venue cleanliness to provide a top-tier environment.
Ensure Compliance & Security: Enforce responsible alcohol service, gaming regulations and policies to protect guests and staff. Collaborate with Security team to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guest and staff.
Manage Premium Seating & Reservations: Oversee reserved seating areas and VIP sports betting sections, ensuring guests receive top-tier cocktail service and a premium experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Highschool Diploma, GED or equivalent
At least 2 years of food & beverage experience
Previous food & beverage supervisory experience preferred

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$47,165.76 - $77,351.64

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
