Requirements
  • Six or more years of experience in resource management, project management, or a related field, preferably in an agency setting
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience gathering, inputting, and maintaining data in the resource management team tool
  • Ability to build reports and provide subsequent analysis and insight for leadership
  • Strong listening skills with ability to synthesize information quickly and recap next steps, looping in more senior leads as needed
  • Experience supporting senior team members by motivating and directing junior team members, escalating issues upward as needed
  • Experience running regular staffing meetings attended by account and project management leads, ensuring preparedness and efficient progress
  • Ability to support implementation plans and carry out function innovation and evolution, directing more junior team members as directed
  • Ability to manage and coach more junior team members and contribute to an inclusive team culture
  • Commitment to understanding agency work, offerings, and talent to guide junior team education
  • Experience supporting materials development articulating approach, best practices, ways of working and tools
  • Ability to interact with internal clients and handle sensitive information
  • Willingness to participate in global or cross-functional collaboration as needed
  • Familiarity with agency financial goals, data analysis, and contributing to plans that drive results
  • Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and adherence to financial controls and policies
Responsibilities
  • Support senior team members by motivating and directing junior team members, escalating issues upward as needed
  • Support account and client operations leads to stand up teams following a new win or expanded work
  • Participate in discussions around shared best practices and consistent ways of working, implementing plans and directing more junior team members
  • Ensure excellence in implementation of plans and consistent ways of working for self and junior team members
  • Carry out implementation plans for function innovation and evolution, directing more junior team members as directed
  • Gather, input and maintain data in the resource management team tool, leading or supporting depending on level of size and complexity
  • Build reports and data for leadership, provide subsequent analysis and insight
  • Continually seek to understand agency's work, offerings & talent, guide junior team education and connect employees appropriately
  • Support materials development articulating agency’s RM approach, best practices, ways of working and tools
  • Run regular staffing meetings attended by account and PM leads; ensure preparedness and move through agenda efficiently with impactful results
  • Fluent in Excel
