Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements across all production activities.
  • Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through observation and team engagement.
  • Investigate incidents and injuries, complete reports, and communicate findings to management.
  • Drive plant quality objectives by ensuring products meet customer and internal standards.
  • Perform and support equipment setup and adjustments as needed.
  • Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Provide training and ensure employees are properly trained on equipment, safety features, and job responsibilities.
  • Direct and lead hourly workforce to achieve production goals and enforce performance standards.
  • Manage staffing requirements including scheduling, reassignments, and overtime needs.
  • Review daily operational reports and communicate issues to leadership to prevent delays.
  • Perform payroll and production system functions accurately and timely.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and yield optimization initiatives.
  • Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Marsh will lead business development efforts for data centres, AI infrastructure and other mission-critical markets. Marsh brings extensive industry experience, most recently serving as Director of Key Accounts at Munters, where he managed global hyperscale data centre client programmes. He previously created the mechanical division at Capitol Power Group in northern Virginia, the world's largest data centre market.
