  • 6+ years of UK market commercial advertising experience at a brand, agency, or in a media/online sales role
  • Knowledge of online and offline media and creativity with audio and digital client solutions
  • Experience working closely and selling directly to both media agencies and direct clients
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to consultatively sell
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and across external and internal teams
Responsibilities
  • Own and be accountable for quarterly + yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth goals for key Entertainment clients
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with a set of Entertainment clients and their media agencies
  • Sell audio formats, video formats, display advertising, and other ad space to grow advertising revenues
  • Coordinate with communications planning teams, strategic planners, client partners, and buyers at clients' media agencies to create successful ad campaigns
  • Represent Spotify at events and serve as a brand ambassador
  • Accurate forecasting, reporting daily and weekly insights about business and customers
  • Use Salesforce as a primary method of handling day-to-day business
