Requirements
  • Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries).
Responsibilities
  • Inspecting, troubleshooting, testing, diagnosing, and documenting components returned from the field.
  • Assisting in requirements gathering, estimating, and planning efforts for test equipment and refurbishment processes.
  • Performing refurbishment of Navigation products to support customer needs.
  • Interfacing with operations, technical services, and complaint handling groups.
  • Participating in on-going professional development and continuous improvement activities.
  • Following Medtronic product development standards and practices.
  • Willingness and ability to assume increased responsibility.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
  • All activities must be performed in compliance with the Quality System.
  • Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.
  • Light shipping /warehouse duties required on most days.
  • All other duties as assigned.
