Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 + years of experience in event planning and experiential marketing.
  • 5 + years of experience in planning and executing events, trade shows, and brand activations.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and on-site management of events, including corporate meetings, trade shows, sponsorships, and customer-facing experiences.
  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with corporate goals and marketing objectives.
  • Manage all event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, venue selection, branding, and attendee engagement.
  • Create repeatable processes, templates, and best practices to scale and optimize event programs globally.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align events with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of events, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Infuse creativity into event concepts, bringing innovative ideas to elevate the Carrier brand.
  • Ensure that all events are executed flawlessly, meeting deadlines and exceeding quality expectations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee deliverables.
  • Stay current on trends in experiential marketing and event planning, incorporating industry best practices.

  • Master’s Degree
  • Strong expertise in event logistics, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and on-site coordination.
  • Proven ability to create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution while delivering high-quality experiences.
