Senior Program Manager

This is a great opportunity for an effective Senior Program Manager to work on multiple exciting projects, with a top-flight team.  Boingo will support your success with effective, kind colleagues, robust benefits, and years of institutional industry knowledge.  We work together to accomplish incredible things!  We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager who is energetic and team-focused with extensive experience in pre-sales solution and design engineering workflow, as well as managing people in remote locations. Responsibilities will include managing the workflow of solution engineering, design, installation and operation of multiple Wi-Fi, distributed antenna systems, small cells and Private PTE networks across the United States. With our 20+ year track record of providing wireless infrastructure and services in places like LAX, The World Trade Center in NY, and over sixty military bases across the United States, we have a strong track record of solving complicated connectivity challenges. 

Responsibilities 

• Work cross-functionally with accounting, finance, network engineering, quality assurance, product management, marketing, operations, business development, web development and backend engineering for the Solution Design and Engineering team
• Leads and sets priorities in Adaptive Works PM tool with all Engineers and Sales Engineers to distribute to cross functional teams
• Organizes and schedules meetings with each region and monitors per level of Adaptive Works tickets. 
• Escalates team in meeting Adaptive Work ticket SLAs including ROMs, Lease Exhibits, Design and iterations
• PMO sales requests from Federal, Sales teams, Design, and RFPs
• Adaptive Work and Jira SME for the Solution Design and Engineering team as well as the ticket related activities to ensure approval and streamlines
• Track requests in Jira to Network Engineering for Wi-Fi and PNET projects with PAW review schedule between cross-functional teams for alignment and tracks as well as reports on SDE KPIs and ensures process flow

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience as Program or Project Manager for consumer product projects in the telecommunications, construction, or manufacturing industry. We are not simply a software, or web-based services company, experience in projects that physically build, update, and wire structures for access to the Internet is a must!
• You are organized, mindful of the details, and a problem-solver.  Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple competing priorities
• Strong program management skills, methodologies, and analytical skills to drive a portfolio of projects concurrently with remote resources and external dependencies, with a proven track record for delivering medium to large scale projects on schedule
• Exceptional account management experience of large partner or enterprise organization
• Bachelors degree
