Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in implementations and ongoing operational support of Workday in a Business systems analyst and Test Lead role capacity
  • Strong HR and Finance process expertise, and peripheral processes
  • Has expertise in developing and preparing use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
  • Ability to elicit, understand and represent the needs of the business and end users in a software development environment
  • Experienced in implementing and sustaining best of breed SaaS applications implementations in an enterprise environment
  • Strong consultative and advisory skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Experienced in working with both internal and system integrator teams for development
  • Experience with Workday platform
  • Experience with Jira and Agile methodology
  • Experience in supporting internal and external auditors with SOX ITGC, SOD
  • Demonstrated team leadership, management and project implementation
  • Experience in building strong working relationships with business partners, application users, project managers, internal IT team, external application consultants
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in technology-related field or relevant experience in implementing Business systems
Responsibilities
  • Develop and document understanding of as-is and to-be business processes
  • Document requirements for future state Workday enabled Finance and HR modules. The Bank plans to implement the following modules of Workday:
  • Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking & Absence, Payroll
  • Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, Business Assets, Projects (Capital Projects), Procurement, Accounting Center, Prism, Financial Planning
  • Deliver specifications that includes functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, data analysis, and data mapping to business users and development staff
  • Conduct gap analysis between current state and future state and collaborate with Architects and Developers to assess gap impact and associated effort estimates
  • Research and analyze all aspects of existing business practices and procedures
  • Develop methodology documents based upon self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys and workflow analysis
  • Develop plans for execution and implementation of future state processes
  • Responsible for direct interaction with business users including, but not limited to, eliciting comprehensive business requirements, use cases and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Develop training documentation and lead training efforts to support user adoption of new Workday solutions
  • Work with technical teams to deliver high level estimates to develop and deploy functionality
  • Work with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate, verify, and test the desired functionality changes
  • Work with internal business users to demonstrate the changes to the system and ensure all relevant business needs are addressed
  • Oversee the life cycle of changes to business systems and processes, and prepare detailed status reports for executive management
  • Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
