Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field and/or equivalent experience/training
  • Exemplifies Breeze's safety culture, values, and mission

  • Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels in the organization
Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally to determine airlines' inventory needs based on future fleet induction, retirements and changes in maintenance network
  • Analyze historical consumption data, component reliability, Recommended Spare Part List to determine optimal stocking levels and re-order point to support the airline operations and service levels
  • Develop inventory forecasting models using power BI, SQL and other advanced analytics tools
  • Identify key Supply Chain processes that need to be re-designed or enhanced to improve efficiency and accuracy. Work with advanced software tools, such as Microsoft Power Automate, Forms, and Power BI to improve automation and reporting
  • Work with Engineering Configuration Control team to set up Part Numbers in ERP system (Trax) and maintain Part Number accuracy (interchangeability, obsolete)
  • Support Parts and Tools required for Aircraft modification projects
  • Replenish inventory as required due to Scraps, shelf life expiration, shrinkage etc
  • Tooling inventory and calibration management
  • Ensure inventory accuracy:
  • Populated Master data with cycle count frequency
  • Coordinate with warehouse on cycle count
  • Periodic cleansing of data
  • Planning for upcoming hard-time removals (slides & rafts, batteries, ELTs, oxygen bottles, O2 generators, life vests)
  • Plan material needs for aircraft base visits (Heavy Checks)
  • Support new station start-up
  • Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous supply chain experience in the aviation/airline sector
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SQL
