- Proficiency with Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
- Basic understanding of low-code applications, such as Copilot Studio, and user experience/user interface tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ability to interpret JavaScript or JSON structures or comparable structured data formats.
- Experience with user-centered design processes, presentations, and communication.
- Practical experience through a project, university project, working-student position, or internship in user experience/user interface, digital tools, or process digitalization.
- Very good knowledge of common design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, and Figma.
- Strong communication and sense of responsibility, with the ability to advance topics in a structured and independent manner.
- Enrollment at a university is required for the internship.
- Fluent German and very good English.
- Represent user experience/user interface and artificial intelligence topics in interdisciplinary project teams with colleagues from user experience design, logistics, project management, and software development.
- Focus on visual design and prototyping for digital logistics products and services, and further develop artificial intelligence solutions in the Microsoft environment using Copilot Studio.
- Collect, analyze, and develop user stories.
- Participate in digitalization projects from conception through implementation of new features, designing digital tools and services around user needs.
- Interact directly with users and help drive further development within a Scrum team.
- Interest in designing digital interfaces, applying user experience methods, and conducting research.
