  • Experience with engineering IAM systems
  • Experience implementing Okta
  • Experience with IAM platforms, including Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock, as well as OpenID, OAuth, and SAML specifications
  • Knowledge of emerging authentication, authorization, and privilege access management technologies and protocols
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Experience supporting large-scale access management solutions
  • Experience developing migration guides and user job aids in support of Okta implementation
  • Experience with software development and working in an agile delivery team
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Directory architecture
  • Knowledge of various Access Control Frameworks, including NIST 800-63
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Okta Certified Admin or Okta Certified Professional Certification
