Requirements
  • Two-year degree in manufacturing technology or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in manufacturing safety standards
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality work
  • Ability to troubleshoot wiring, tooling, and complex mechanical assemblies
  • Strong mechanical understanding and experience
  • Strong dexterity skills with hand and power tools
  • Aptitude to learn/interpret design schematics for complex mechanical subassemblies
Responsibilities
  • Hands-on assembly of key components/subsystems
  • Support Mfg. Engineers in developing work instructions
  • Provide feedback to improve assembly and test processes
  • Perform in-process quality control inspections
  • Maintain accurate manufacturing documentation
  • Log and track inventory and job hours
  • Use safety equipment and comply with safety requirements
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
