Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of related business experience, with 5 years in a supervisory position
  • Experience in manufacturing operations with a strong technical background
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis related to inventory control, RMAs, and warranty
  • Experience in developing and managing partner relationships (OEM, contract manufacturer, supplier, customer)
  • First-hand experience negotiating contracts, product costs, and delivery schedules with vendors and manufacturing partners
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management strategies and concepts

  • Utilize advanced data analysis skills to create actionable insights
