Project Manager II – Zeeland, Michigan

DISHER is currently partnering with a local manufacturing technology company that improves the way plastic products are made. They provide plastic assembly technology, custom automation, and engineering services. We are seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Zeeland, Michigan. In this role, you will manage projects from receipt of purchase order until commissioning to ensure the product meets customer expectations in terms of design, performance, and timeliness.

What you will get to do:

Lead project team consisting of multiple internal and external stakeholders
Clarify customer requirements and specifications as outlined in the quote and customer specifications
Establish timelines and required milestones for projects and effectively communicate these milestones
Drive and lead team rhythms and communication
Complete appropriate documentation for equipment
Provide performance feedback for project team members

What will make you successful:

3-5 years experience in engineering or project management
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
Proven experience leading technical project teams
Strong oral and written communication skills
An understanding of project management concepts, practices, and tools
PMP or CAPM certification preferred
Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
