What You’ll Do:
- Identify and scope product challenges that are ripe for data science and machine learning solutions - transaction understanding and categorization, merchant classification.
- Work cross-functionally to collect data, develop and train machine learning models, and integrate those models into realtime and offline production systems.
- Build the infrastructure that allows us to scale by optimizing data science workflows and ensuring data quality standards.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of industry experience in relevant roles such as data scientist, machine learning engineer, or software engineer.
- You work very well cross-functionally, and are able to think rigorously and make hard decisions and tradeoffs.
- Prior experience building production software systems, especially realtime machine learning systems.
- Prior experience building machine learning solutions for payment and receipt processing automations

This position has a minimum base salary of $170,000 and a midpoint base salary of $185,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards.
