  • Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled client appointments through Zoom and phone.
  • Connect with individuals and families seeking benefit information.
  • Learn about each client's needs and financial protection goals.
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
  • Answer questions about coverage options and policy features.
  • Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations.
  • Guide clients through applications and enrollment.
  • Assist with required documentation.
  • Build long-term client relationships through service and consistent communication.
  • Conduct policy reviews when appropriate.
  • Assist with beneficiary updates and policy service requests.
  • Provide ongoing support after enrollment.
  • Maintain organized and accurate client records.
  • Follow applicable company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, weekly coaching, and training sessions.
  • Use digital business and communication tools for remote client work.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, client success, client relations, insurance, sales, banking, financial services, healthcare, retail, hospitality, education, military, administrative support, call center operations, business development, or account management.
