What You'll Do
As a Remote Insurance & Client Benefits Representative, you'll work directly with clients throughout the benefits and enrollment process.
Client Service & Benefits Support
- Conduct scheduled client appointments through Zoom and phone
- Connect with individuals and families seeking benefit information
- Learn about each client's needs and financial protection goals
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
- Answer questions about coverage options and policy features
- Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations
- Guide clients through applications and enrollment
- Assist with required documentation
Ongoing Client Relationships
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and consistent communication
- Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
- Assist with beneficiary updates and policy service requests
