Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and awareness of developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments addressing high-level tasks.
  • In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries, with the ability to clearly articulate key findings.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions, and to routinely test their analytic rigor.
  • Ten years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community within the last two years.
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Current Department of Defense Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance with ability to obtain.
Responsibilities
  • Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
  • Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape workflow and processes.
  • Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data, and formal production and taskings.
  • Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
  • Maintain all DCD intelligence content websites by keeping them relevant and up to date with current and validated intelligence content.
  • Conduct weekly quality-control checks of links and URLs on DCD intelligence content sites and portals, identify broken links, and replace them.
  • Populate hosted SharePoint portals for intelligence organizations or units with relevant intelligence content aligned with mission needs.
  • Track newly identified products on the Master Intelligence Content Management tracker, review it quarterly to identify dissemination gaps, and remedy gaps within 10 business days of discovery.
  • Maintain and update web-enabled portals for crisis actions or contingency operations and establish crisis knowledge centers.
  • Establish a plan for Crisis Portals within two business days of tasking and populate them within five business days.
  • Maintain a customer-facing, web-accessible interactive index hosted on a specified mission network.
  • Draft and maintain standard operating procedures documenting content management tasks and provide revisions every six months.
Desired Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least part of the experience within the last two years.
  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Associate's degree with seven years of experience in an intelligence discipline.
  • High school diploma with nine years of experience in an intelligence discipline.
