Responsibilities
  • Assist with developing client solutions, business requirements, conversion approach, implementation plan, go-live, and post-go-live activities for converting clients onto State Street’s Front to Back servicing platform
  • Quickly and efficiently map client’s needs to Alpha capabilities to define client solution, highlight gaps and new product ideas back to Alpha product team
  • Assist front line sales teams in delivering the Alpha value proposition message to new and existing STT clients by presenting and demonstrating the capabilities of State Street’s Alpha product
  • Develop knowledge of both technical and operational details of front office, middle office, and data management to create client solutions, and the ability to explain solutions and value propositions to clients
  • Effectively transfer knowledge and information acquired during deal phase to Alpha implementation team
  • Develop and maintain the definition of services, service level agreements, in/out scope discussions, and change control items with the client and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices and improve team capabilities to successfully migrate clients
  • Coordinate with a Model Office environment and team for internal and external testing and POC purposes
  • Coordinate with the Alpha documentation team for proposed solutions of functionality within the overall Alpha Services Strategic Product program
  • Organize and take minutes and actions from implementation project status meetings, including communicating status to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
  • Support the delivery of cross-operations, high priority projects across all typical project phases
  • Track and document client feedback/requests and incorporate in product road map where appropriate
  • Work closely with Business, Data and Solution Architecture to ensure alignment with strategic goals and key business decisions regarding products, services and key business initiatives
  • Work with Operations business units to assess and streamline processes in order to mitigate risk, cost or service issues and generate efficiencies.
