Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a product designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design process and successful product launches
  • High proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI software
  • Ability to analyze and use data and research to inform decisions
  • Experience leading and launching end-to-end product features

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design mobile-first
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Create and iterate on solutions with empathy for users
  • Identify key opportunities and prioritize feature ideas
  • Use research and data to inform and implement solutions
  • Ideate on new product features and improvements
  • Effectively communicate design solutions through storytelling
  • Collaborate with Design Leadership to grow the team and improve design processes
  • Create high-level user flows for complex products
  • Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
  • Understand business and technical needs and requirements
  • Work cross-functionally to create innovative features
  • Design flows, features, and components for multiple products
  • Create pixel-perfect UI components
  • Contribute to design system for consistency and scalability
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure design specifications are met
