Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of commercial banking experience preferred
  • Formal credit training and understanding of credit processes preferred
  • Ability to multi-task on concurrent large, complex projects and initiatives
  • Advanced in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio for reports, analysis, and presentations required
  • Strong interest to work in a cross-functional project team with the ability to effectively communicate with business and technology teams
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Credit Program Associate and Manager to understand and prioritize program deliverables in a consistent and efficient manner
  • Apply consultative approach to assist with ongoing Credit Administration initiatives, including policy, operational and project efforts
  • Organize and prepare credit reporting deliverables including credit-oriented committee materials in alignment with deadlines and milestones
  • Anticipate business needs and required changes and adjust projects and workflow accordingly
  • Maintain positive working relationships throughout the organization at all levels including active engagement with Risk Analytics, Operations and Technology teams to ensure well managed adoption across the enterprise
