Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Defined Contribution retirement plan administration
  • College graduate, or equivalent education/experience; emphasis in accounting preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to establish priorities
  • Effective and professional oral and written communication
  • High degree of accuracy and detail oriented
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe
  • Organized, energetic professional able to multi-task
  • Experience with ESOP and 403(b) plans is a plus

  • Experience with FIS|Relius Documents is a plus
  • Professional certification/designation (ERPA, QPA, QKA, CPA) is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Independently manage the process of all testing, allocations, government filings, and communications with plan sponsors, investment managers, and brokers
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Review and interpret plan document provisions
  • Compliance/discrimination testing
  • Preparation of Forms 5500 and 5330 with related schedules
  • Preparation of Form 8955-SSA
  • Trust accounting for balance forward plans and self-directed brokerage accounts
  • Interim and annual contribution calculations
  • Review and facilitation of participant distributions and loans
  • Average caseload of 75 plans
