Requirements
- At least 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong technical background in 3G and/or LTE technology, preferably LTE, on either the radio access network or core network side.
- Experience completing at least one full product development cycle from requirements through acceptance.
- Experience managing a team of approximately 30 people, including 2–3 first-line managers.
- Strong planning, tracking, and execution skills, including proven risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery capability within organizational metrics.
- Ability to adhere to and institutionalize organizational processes.
- Experience interfacing with customers in pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Experience driving business proposals to telecom clients or customers.
- Strong business orientation and people-management skills.
- LTE experience is required.
- Experience handling large teams of engineers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree, or Master of Engineering or Master of Technology degree.
