  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
  • Must be located inthe Houston, TX or Milwaukee, WI area
  • Meeting facilitation skills
  • Design thinking skills (not necessary, but would be a plus)
  • Willing to do some minor travel to customers

At Rockwell Automation, our Global Innovation and Value Group works with commercial sales teams and customers to identify areas of opportunity, build roadmaps and develop business cases. The role of the Innovation Value Intern will be to support value consulting engagements. Specifically, the intern will assist in developing business cases by collecting data, entering it into financial models (value calculators),and analyzing data. The role will help support digitalopportunities in the sales field, help calculate ROI, and justify quantifiable investment decisions for the customer
  • You will have the opportunity to be a significant contributor, while getting comprehensive exposure to the business structure of Rockwell Automation and how we are helping our customers bring the Connected Enterprise to life. Each intern has a dedicated mentor and will have an opportunity to learn consulting and selling skills. Additionally, as a student associate there will be hosted activities and events intended to help you grow your network, develop your professional skills and immerse yourself in our company culture
