Job Description
Position Purpose:
The position is responsible for supporting and executing all Supply Chain Finance USA related activities including but not limited to Long Term Planning, Routine Reporting, Annual Budgeting, Forecasting, Standard & Group Reporting, Projects, and other Business Support & Analysis activities as required. The position will support in performance and strategic decision-making by focusing on creating, implementing, and maintaining reporting tools to be able to provide insight and aid in standardizing processes, managing service levels, and delivering operational efficiency
Location: Must be in Orlando, FL or Alpharetta, Hybrid in office and work from home - this role is not remote.
Major/Key Accountabilities
Supply Chain Finance Planning & Reporting:
- Develop and Maintain PowerBI Dashboards & Reports: Design, build, and manage PowerBI dashboards and reports for Supply Chain Finance, ensuring accurate, real-time data visualizations that support decision-making and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance data models and streamline data flows, ensuring faster and more reliable reporting through PowerBI and integration with other systems.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Lead efforts to automate financial reporting processes and improve operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort using PowerBI and other reporting tools.
- System Expertise & Support: Serve as the PowerBI and systems expert, providing ongoing support and training to ensure Supply Chain Finance teams can fully utilize systems like PowerBI, SAP, and SharePoint for reporting.
- Reporting for Month-End, Forecasting & Budgeting: Deliver accurate and timely financial reports for month-end, quarterly forecasts, and budgeting cycles, ensuring that all reports meet company standards and support business planning.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests, providing insights into financial performance and cost trends to inform business decisions.
Measures
- Internal and External Customer Satisfaction.
- Accuracy, timing and presentation of information.
- Implementation of reporting tools/ products against the project plan and ad hoc business requirements; and within timelines agreed.
- Ensure downtime of dashboards, reports, data products, and other BI related items no more than 5% of the time.
- Ensure reports and dashboards are developed as per customer requirements and backend implementation done according to agreed best practice.
- Drive customer usage of products developed.

Qualifications
Tertiary Financial Qualification:
- (Bachelors or Technial Degree) in IT/Data/Analytics/Accounting/Financial Management
- Advantageous – Technology/Statistics/Information Management/Information Systems/ Financial Management/Computer Science related degree (4 year degree)
Experience
- Experience in turning data into insight and recommendations for action.
- Experience in automating workflows and business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
Skills and Knowledge
- PowerBI Expertise (
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyzing large datasets and creating efficient, actionable models.
- SQL Skills: Proficient in querying databases and ensuring data accuracy.
- System Integration: Experience with PowerBI integration across systems like SAP, BW, and HFM.
- Financial & Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of financial processes and supply chain metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends and advancements in Business Intelligence and Microsoft technologies.
