Requirements
  • A minimum of a master's degree is required.

Responsibilities
  • Assure achievement of the program's goals and outcomes.
  • Oversee the organization, administration, continuous review, planning, development, and general effectiveness of the program.
  • Provide supervision, administration, and coordination of instructional staff in the academic and clinical phases of the educational program.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accreditation commission standards, agency regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, orient, and supervise faculty members.
  • Conduct regular observations and evaluations of faculty members to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement.
  • Oversee student evaluations of faculty, assist with student orientations, and review student progress for graduation eligibility.
  • Collaborate on the ongoing review and development of curricula in alignment with industry standards.
  • Participate in budgeting processes to support program needs.
  • Support the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education accreditation process.
  • Coordinate with clinical sites, participate in advisory committee meetings, and maintain positive relationships with external partners.
  • Continuously improve professional skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate with the Academic Dean, Campus Director, and other stakeholders to drive program success.
