Requirements
  • One or more years of sales experience are required.
  • One or more years of customer experience are required.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying seniority and teams inside and outside the organization.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills through all communication channels.
  • Ability to work with attention to detail and urgency.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and daily transportation for marketing and other duties.
Responsibilities
  • Greet prospective residents and qualify and determine their needs and preferences.
  • Inspect models and made-ready units daily to ensure they meet standards.
  • Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager.
  • Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions and trends and make recommendations to the Community Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.
  • Complete lease applications, process application verifications, and notify prospective residents of the results.
  • Assist the Community Manager and Assistant Manager with preparing daily and weekly reports, market surveys, and related materials.
  • Walk and inspect the property daily to ensure its appearance and physical aspects meet established standards, and submit reports to the Community Manager.
