The Solidigm AI Central team, within Solidigm’s SPM (Strategic Planning and Marketing) Group, strives to pioneer strategic partnerships, establish Solidigm as a thought leader and drive impactful strategic and marketing initiatives, fostering a cohesive AI ecosystem for Solidigm. In support of accelerating business growth, Solidigm AI Central is looking for a highly motivated strategic biz dev manager / business strategist, responsible for driving strategic opportunities, and developing new business opportunities for Solidigm. The Biz Dev Manager entails responsibilities for working with external partners/third parties, OxMs, SIs and ISVs to develop business and marketing strategies that compliment Solidigm’s initiatives; as well as enabling product development in building Solidigm’s enterprise platform ecosystem. In this highly collaborative role, you will work with engineering, product marketing, operations, finance, legal and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Ecosystem Partner Mapping and Management:
- Map out the entire enterprise/Datacenter AI Ecosystem Partner Map across the AI data pipeline from Day 1.
- To effectively manage and drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering innovation
Partner Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party software and firmware partners (ISVs, OSVs, IBVs) to ensure optimal software compatibility and performance.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and align product development efforts accordingly.
Market Strategy Development:
- Build a portfolio and target market strategy to enhance Solidigm’s share and brand consideration.
Articulation of Value:
- Clearly communicate the benefits of Solidigm’s technology and products to various stakeholders.
Competitive Analysis:
- Gather insights on the competitive landscape and articulate Solidigm’s technical differentiation and value proposition.
Sales Support:
- Serve as a product, technology, and market authority for Solidigm’s sales teams and customers.
Co-Marketing:
- To create impactful co-marketing events that leverage the strengths of Solidigm and its partners, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is often preferred.
- Professional Background: 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in relevant industries (e.g., technology, AI) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans that align with organizational goals.
- Experience in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
