  • Degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or other related field.
  • 4 years of experience in the industry.
  • A scientific degree and experience in marketing/economics will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all operational aspects of projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, profitability of own client portfolio, and related development.
  • Build meaningful and trusted relationships with clients by ensuring the position of the agency as their strategic partner.
  • Interfaces with clients as the sole 'go-to-person' for the assigned brand.
  • Deep knowledge of the client's business and industry to be in the best position to deliver quality campaigns.
  • Ensure client requests are handled efficiently by organizing accurate and thorough internal briefs.
  • Work with the operations team to manage the production schedule, ensuring projects are delivered as instructed, on time, and within budget.
  • Precise brief development and reliable oversight of project progress, finances and quality of work before it leaves the agency, ensuring it adheres to the client's approved brief.
  • Closely collaborate with an international and interdisciplinary team.
  • Refer to the Account Director team's satisfaction and project results.
  • Stick to agency processes and financial policies, identifying ways to improve processes where needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools will be considered a plus.
