  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or grants management
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • Travel within the US (approx. 25%) required
Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on support to US field offices
  • Create and deliver training programs on finance and operations
  • Integrate financial processes and communication across different departments
  • Ensure efficient use of organizational financial tools and resources by US Programs teams
  • Review and assist in developing financial policies and procedures
  • Identify and monitor potential financial risks in field offices
  • Support the budgeting process and participate in quarterly review meetings with field offices
  • Partner with US field offices, leadership, and Corporate Finance to address financial challenges
  • Participate in the hiring, training, and onboarding of new finance staff in field offices
  • Foster a collaborative environment and motivate continuous improvement of financial practices
  • Effectively communicate complex financial information to non-finance professionals
