Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, engineering, operations or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business or data analytics, program/project management, consulting or other highly analytical role
  • Ability to design & run statistical experiments and provide sound recommendations
  • Highly skilled at Excel, GSuite, Excel, Tableau and Python
  • 3+ years working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze data to support various fraud prevention strategies and programs as well as other key Operations initiatives
  • Interpret data from key databases such as Tableau, Snowflake and Admin, analyze results and provide ongoing reports highlighting key insights, not just numbers
  • Assess and monitor data quality and assist with addressing any concerns or shortcomings
  • Build dashboards to measure the impact of strategic initiatives through key metrics, trends and insights to enable data driven decision-making
  • Monitor and track key metrics. Commission needed analysis as needed in order to evaluate our tactics and programs as well as to communicate out progress
  • Partner with finance, Cybersecurity, CI, Operations group, product, data science, engineering and others to provide needed information, influence decisions and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes, technologies and approaches
  • Perform other duties as assigned
