Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and evolution of product and vertical-level messaging across Tive’s full product portfolio
  • Execute Go-To-Market planning for major launches and updates, working cross functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing and Enablement to ensure readiness across every touchpoint
  • Serve as the go-to expert on Tive’s buyers, influencers and competitors - leading market intelligence, segmentation, win/loss analysis, and cross-functional feedback loops to inform messaging, positioning and GTM strategy
  • Shape product and vertical positioning strategies, creating differentiated narratives that speak directly to buyer needs and industry challenges
  • Partner with Global Marketing to inform campaign planning with strong messaging, customer insights and solution-based value propositions, while enabling regional teams to adapt to local market needs
  • Support Sales Enablement to create strategic tools and content, from pitch decks to training sessions, that help translate complexity into clarity
  • Guide the development of industry-leading content that showcases the value of Tive and its solutions with strategic customer-facing collateral
  • Champion the growth of the Product Marketing function at Tive - helping to define processes, best practices and ways of working to scale effectively
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, ideally in SaaS, connected hardware/IoT, or supply chain/logistics technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience developing messaging and Go-To-Market strategies across multiple product types and industries
  • Strong ability to synthesize technical product inputs into clear, concise, buyer-friendly messaging
  • Track record of supporting vertical specific GTM motions
  • Confident speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups both in person and in virtual environments
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong writing and content creation abilities, showcasing a portfolio of work you have led or were involved in
  • Candidates based in the US (East coast or Central time zone only)

Tive provides real-time visibility for supply chains by combining sensor trackers with a cloud software platform. The trackers collect data on location and conditions such as temperature, shock, light exposure, and humidity, then send it to the platform via the network (including a 5G-enabled option). The software lets customers actively track shipments, set custom alerts for conditions that exceed limits, and view historical data to spot trends. A 24/7 monitoring service is available to manage in-transit issues. The business model centers on sensor plus software, typically through a subscription or usage-based plan for access to the trackers and platform. Unlike some competitors, Tive emphasizes end-to-end real-time monitoring with both reusable and single-use trackers and proactive alerts, helping logistics and transportation customers improve control and optimize operations across global cargo movements.

Tive, a Boston-based supply chain visibility startup, has raised $20 million in a funding round led by Lightsmith Group, a climate adaptation and resilience investor. The company uses software and sensors to provide real-time tracking of shipments across global supply chains. More than 1,200 customers in approximately 190 countries use Tive's trackers to monitor shipment location and conditions including temperature, humidity, tilt and shock across all transport modes. The company has established a circularity programme to recycle its tracking devices. The funding will accelerate development of AI-powered supply chain visibility tools as weather and climate disruptions increase.
