Responsibilities
  • Create and manage outreach strategies in collaboration with a broader outreach team.
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement efforts to understand diverse user needs.
  • Distill data and learnings from stakeholder engagement to be used for strategic decisions and practical implementation.
  • Develop content to support outreach strategies tailored to identified audiences.
  • Ensure content used in outreach channels is accurate and follows relevant style guides.
  • Define and implement content management processes.
  • Conduct routine content inventories, audits, and evaluations for quality, usability, accessibility, and inclusivity.
  • Analyze customer experiences to develop content strategies for digital properties.
  • Leverage analytics tools and platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and use the metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Produce content models, metadata, taxonomies, and sitemaps.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers and designers on content design and information architecture.
  • Support business development initiatives to enhance and grow Bixal's business in each of the areas that it works.
