Requirements
  • Direct experience leading annual benefits renewal process with broker
  • Familiar with pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements affecting employee benefits programs
  • Understanding of HR data, processes and connection to Payroll and Benefits carriers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Responsible for benefit-related communications
  • Maintain collaborative partnerships with internal teams
