What you will do in this role: The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will operate as a significant support to the DON. You will be training and orienting new staff members, supervising and leading others as well as being involved with specialty program development. This leadership position will be integral to the success and retention of our team.

Qualifications
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
What we need from you:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL
- 1-3+ years of experience as an ADON, Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor in an ICF or SNF setting
- Experience leading: restorative, wound care, falls prevention and pain management or other specialty programming
- We follow the CMS & IDPH rules for the Covid-19 vaccine. You should be fully vaccinated or you will be required to submit an exemption. Details will be discussed during your interview.
