Requirements
  • Must currently reside in the OKC metro area.
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; commensurate project management experience equal to 7 years will be considered
  • 7-10 years experience
  • Advanced knowledge of one or more Project Management Tools, e.g., MS Project
  • Advanced knowledge of one or more formal Project Portfolio Management tools, e.g., Planview, Primavera, Clarity, etc.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office 365 including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word, SharePoint, Azure DevOps and Teams
  • Advanced knowledge of PMI (PMBOK), Agile/Scrum, Agile/Kanban, Waterfall, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management methodology
  • Advanced knowledge in use of formal project System Development Lifecycles
  • Exceptional group facilitation skills including ability to lead trade-off discussions around scope, schedule, resources and quality
  • Very strong negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and listening which can be deployed successfully when addressing entry level Colleagues, management and senior executives

  • PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PMI Certified Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP) required
Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement and oversee execution of all projects to which they are assigned to deliver intended business outcomes which add value to the business, are on time, within scope and within budget according to agreed to business priorities.
  • Facilitate appropriate tradeoffs with project sponsors, executives and teams to mitigate or address any project issues or risks related to scope, schedule, quality or resources throughout the lifecycle of a project while simultaneously identifying project resources needed throughout the project and working with resource owners to secure those resources.
  • Lead efforts to train/mentor other Colleagues on project management methodologies, and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and in execution of Resource Management & Capacity Planning practices.
