  • College or university degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2+ years of production experience working on backend applications (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Node)

Responsibilities
  • Own large customer facing projects and remove project blockers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Write code in systems written in Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, and Golang

  • Empathize with end users and influence priorities and technical decisions
  • Participate in cross-team working groups and develop knowledge as a subject matter expert
  • Enable teammates through technical contributions, code reviews, and pairing
  • Work with stakeholders to determine and prioritize new features and enhancements
