Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data, information, and knowledge management, ideally in a military or multi-domain operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of multi-domain command and control operations, including air, space, cyberspace, and joint operations.
  • Expertise in integrating people, processes, and technology to optimize decision-making and mission outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse mission partners and stakeholders.
  • Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI, SAP/STO eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
  • Master’s degree in Information Management, Knowledge Management, or related fields (preferred).
  • Certification in Knowledge Management or Information Management (preferred).
  • Experience with knowledge management tools and systems within defense or military operations (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration of data, information, and knowledge management capabilities across all mission partners to ensure access to relevant information and expertise.
  • Establish effective management and utilization of data, records, and knowledge, recognizing their interdependent nature for operational efficiency.
  • Foster shared understanding and support faster, more effective decision-making and execution processes, aligning with the commander’s decision cycle.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and relevant information for planning and conducting integrated operations across air, space, cyberspace, and joint domains for multi-domain command and control.
  • Drive innovation through the integration of processes and knowledge, focusing on continuous learning that enables mission success.
  • Implement and maintain systems that support collaboration, analysis, and knowledge transfer at the speed of relevance.
  • Facilitate collaboration, analysis, and deliberation by applying the data-to-decision knowledge model, ensuring effective transfer and creation of knowledge to enhance mission outcomes.
