- At least 2 years of experience installing vinyl graphics, wall coverings, signage, or wide-format graphics.
- Experience with large wall murals, corporate branding graphics, and window film installation.
- Strong understanding of vinyl application techniques.
- Ability to use measuring tools, levels, knives, squeegees, and heat guns.
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds regularly, including lifting up to 55 pounds.
- Comfort working on ladders and lifts.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Access to reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Install large-format wall graphics, murals, and environmental branding elements.
- Install window graphics, frosted privacy films, perforated window films, and vinyl decals.
- Measure installation areas and verify site conditions before installation.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion conditions.
- Apply graphics using wet and dry application methods.
- Trim, align, and finish graphics to professional standards.
- Operate ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely when required.
- Read and interpret installation drawings, floor plans, and production specifications.
- Communicate with project managers and clients regarding installation schedules and site requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field.
- Maintain installation tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Assist with packaging, staging, and transportation of graphics materials.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client expectations.
