  • Several years of experience serving as the primary point of contact in implementing and/or account managing programs with health plans or risk-based entities
  • Relevant work experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder projects in healthcare with executive oversight
  • Day one readiness to immediately jump into implementation work
  • Operator mindset with the ability to break things down into actionable steps and execute plans with ease
  • Detail orientation and skilled in ensuring that all deliverables have t's crossed and i's dotted
  • Comfort managing up and demonstrating strong executive presence
  • Proven track record of scoping large-scale and complex initiatives with high ambiguity and success within scaling businesses, fast-paced environments, and startups
Responsibilities
  • Driving partnership strategy and managing contract performance
  • Overseeing a portfolio of accounts and leading partnerships with health plans and risk-bearing entities
  • Implementing services and managing relationships across all levels of leadership with payer partners
  • Flexing across the full spectrum of strategy and execution, including bringing into the weeds of processes and synthesizing information to create and deliver executive-level presentations
  • Understanding the strategy and components of new health plan implementation process and building strong, trusting relationships with Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Serving as the primary lead of partner implementations with support from manager and context from the team
  • Developing and continually improving the process for managing ongoing partner operations
  • Sharing best practices in implementation, account management, and executive relationship management
  • Partnering with the growth team to operationally support new health plan or risk-bearing entity sales and renewal/upsell for existing partners
