YOUR ROLE: As the Director of Partnership Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our partnership strategy, ensuring exceptional contract performance, and fostering meaningful relationships with health plans and risk-bearing entities. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving our impact across the healthcare landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing engagement of our services at strategic partners, managing all facets of partner relationships from post-contract signing to launch to ongoing engagement for ultimate contract success.
- Manage partner relationships across all levels of leadership and workstream owners
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts, serving as our partners’ primary point of contact and driving partnership value and progress through ownership of joint operating committees and quarterly business reviews to partner leadership.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, internally and externally, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics with finesse.
- Develop and refine processes for managing ongoing partner operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with our growth team to support new health plan and risk-bearing entity sales and renewals
- Collaborate with operational leadership to contribute to the Partnership Operations strategy, participating in problem-solving and strategic planning at the highest level.

As a provider of cancer care navigation, we recognize that those with cancer constitute a vulnerable population at risk of contracting COVID-19. As such, Thyme Care employees are expected to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, subject to conflicting laws and exemptions based on medical or religious objections.
Our salary ranges are based on competitive pay for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. In accordance with New York City law, the base salary for this role, if filled within New York City, is $165,000-$190,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location or at another level. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be considered so we can allow you to choose between equity and cash.
