Responsibilities
  • Deliver 15–25+ professionally edited, high-quality interior and exterior photos that make listings pop.
  • Capture Zillow 3D tours and digital floor plans using a 360° camera to provide prospective tenants with a true-to-life experience.
  • Perform initial property walkthroughs and submit comprehensive condition reports to ensure high standards are met.
  • Take the lead on key management, including the pick-up, installation, and battery maintenance of smart lockboxes.
  • Maintain a Be Better mindset by responding promptly to new assignments and ensuring a 24-hour turnaround on all reports and deliverables.
  • Serve the local community and surrounding region, with a willingness to travel a 35–50+ mile radius to support the expanding market.

  • Familiarity with FHA and housing compliance (smoke alarms, CO detectors, etc.).
  • A workflow that leverages modern tools and smart processes to streamline documentation, reporting, and day-to-day tasks—maximizing productivity without sacrificing quality.

TurboTenant, a property management software company, has acquired TenantCloud, combining two platforms to serve over 1 million independent landlords nationwide. The merger expands tools spanning listings, tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
