Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing and/or performance marketing roles
  • 3+ years of team management and leadership experience
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or subscription business models
  • Expertise in influencer campaign strategies and execution
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and Microsoft Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of social media and influencer marketing platforms and tactics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a performance-driven influencer marketing strategy across 4 brands
  • Oversee influencer content creation, distribution, and campaign optimization
  • Lead the 2.0 strategy for influencer marketing with a focus on scaling in-house bookings
  • Refine and progress the company's point of view on influencer marketing
  • Lead deep dive analysis into influencer performance and compile learnings
  • Coach, develop, manage, and lead a direct report team responsible for partnerships
  • Establish and foster positive relationships with influencers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Have overall ownership of the influencer marketing budget and optimize the mix
  • Create, optimize, and educate teams on influencer learning plans and playbooks
  • Work closely with the measurement team to develop proprietary measurement frameworks
  • Represent the influencer team in business reviews
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to define the role of influencer marketing
