The Role
Join us as an Radar and Electronic Warfare Signal Processing Engineer, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement state-of-the-art solutions for signal detection, classification, autonomous sensor decision-making, and more.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement state-of-the-art signal processing and machine learning techniques, covering areas such as signal detection, classification, autonomous sensor decision-making, radar, electronic warfare, and more.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of researchers in creating innovative systems while collaborating closely with our design and collaborate with engineering teams to translate your advancements into tangible production systems. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our military missions by empowering warfighters with the tools they need to excel in the field.
We’re seeking candidates with expertise in two or more of the following areas:
RF/radar signal processing, optimization, electronic warfare, machine learning, adaptive signal processing, algorithm development, test & evaluation, model & simulation, or systems engineering.

What you will Do:
- Design and apply cutting-edge signal processing and machine learning techniques to solve complex radar and RF sensing and counter-sensing challenges
- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge capabilities to prototype systems
- Design and implement models and simulations for advanced RF systems
- Support business development and proposal writing efforts
Who You Are:
- This position requires an active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is needed by U.S. Government
- PhD, MS, or BS in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related technical discipline
- Proficiency in higher-level programming languages such as MATLAB and/or Python with 2+ years of experience
- Strong mathematical, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with RF technologies in the defense sector, particularly for sensing and electronic warfare applications including electronic attack, electronic protection, cognitive EW, and advanced ESM techniques and algorithms
- Support business development and proposal writing efforts
- Experience with machine learning tasks such as natural language processing, image recognition, semantic segmentation, reinforcement learning, approaches such as Bayesian, deep convolutional and graph neural network methods, and tools such as PyTorch, Ray, TensorFlow/board, and MLflow
- Ability to apply novel, innovative and interdisciplinary approaches to challenging engineering problems
- Ability to survey literature to determine state-of-the-art, incorporate recent research and apply to current problem sets
- Understanding and experience in interacting with decision-makers and customers to translate mission needs into an end-to-end analytical solution
- Ability to create and present briefings to Customers and senior management to provide both high-level and deep technical solution explanations
