Accounts Receivable Collections Representative

General Linen Service, a family owned and operated business since 1938, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team!  Position requires prior experience as an AR Collections Representative. Additional skills:

• Handling inbound and outbound B2B collections calls.
• Must have excellent phone etiquette, ability to be precise and in a professional manner.
• With strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid negotiation skills with excellent follow through.
• Position requires utilizing phone and electronic methods of communication to assist in finding a solution to delinquent account balances.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
