As the Sr. Director of CLEAR Perks, you will drive the expansion of our member benefits program. You will identify, sign and execute partnerships and optimize offerings to drive adoption of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, sign, and execute new high-value partnerships to expand member benefits
- Maximize member adoption of CLEAR Perks
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate and leverage partner benefits seamlessly within the CLEAR ecosystem
- Analyze market trends and member feedback to continuously refine and enhance the CLEAR Perks program
Performance Metrics:
- Utilization rate of member benefits
- Growth in revenue generated from CLEAR Perks partnerships
- Member satisfaction related to perks utilization
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in partnership development and management, particularly in consumer or membership-based industries
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals and innovate within a perks program
- Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize program performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and achieve strategic goals

The base salary range for this role is $185,000 - $235,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
