The GTM Onboarding Team, reporting into the GTM Enablement department, is responsible for building worldwide individual contributor and leadership onboarding programs across the GTM organization.
This role oversees a four-person team of program managers and facilitators located in NAMER, Singapore, and Dulin. This role has three main focuses 1) leading a multi-month, blended learning, global onboarding program for sellers 2) leading a quarterly, in-person, global onboarding program for 1st and 2nd-line sales leaders 3) managing the monthly, in-person, worldwide customer journey onboarding program for Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Professional Services new hires. This position reports to the Director of GTM Effectiveness.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
- Serve as the strategic leader for individual and leadership onboarding with support from GTM enablement leadership
- Ensure successful expansion of the current blended learning programs to ensure
- Guide enablement program managers on developing best-in-class content assigned to the best delivery method (eLearning, in-person, WalkMe guided, coach-based, web-based, exercised-based, and searchable)
- Guide enablement facilitators and non-enablement facilitators on delivery and student coaching skills
- Utilize new GenAI tools to serve students just-in-time learning
- Maintain effective communication with key partners on our global sales, enablement, and customer-facing teams
- Track and analyze student metrics utilizing the Kirkpatrick Model’s level 1 to 4 within the LMS, Salesforce, and Tableau
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years leading a sales enablement onboarding program
- Minimum of 2 years leading direct reports
- Minimum of 2 years as a sales training facilitator
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- Experience working within a LMS and/or LXP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Advanced skill working with Google Suite
- Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, Salesloft, Highspot, Adobe CC, Chorus, Monday.com, and Mindtickle is a plus
- Exposure to SaaS business model, MongoDB or NoSQL databases is a plus
- Up to 25% worldwide travel

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. $98,000—$193,000 USD
