Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management and execution of PR campaigns for business and consumer opportunities, combined with always-on media relations efforts
  • Draft thoughtful and compelling press materials (press releases, messaging documents, executive bios, press briefings, etc.)
  • Manage press coverage and reports continuously, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis
  • Develop campaign recaps, including detailed performance metrics and results
  • Assist with spokesperson media training and interview prep sessions
  • Monitor culture and industry news/trends to identify opportunities for Equip to lend insights
  • Foster spokesperson engagement through brainstorms and new communication channels
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (a focus in Communications/Public Relations is a plus)
  • At least one prior full-time role in the media relations/public relations/marketing field
  • Experience in the evaluation of PR analytics and measurement tools
  • Experience in the healthcare sector
  • Experience leveraging media tools like Muckrack and task management software
