Requirements
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in product management.
  • You either studied at a top-tier school, or made your mark by scaling quickly and driving measurable impact at a leading scale-up.
  • A background in startups, consulting, or operations with strong product exposure is a plus.
  • Have exceptional product sense.
  • Bring strong technical acumen.
  • Have already shipped successful AI-based features, or can demonstrate a strong, hands-on interest in how AI is transforming product development.

Responsibilities
  • Define vision & strategy: Craft a compelling product vision aligned with user needs and business outcomes. Translate it into a clear, prioritized roadmap and OKRs.
  • Driving discovery & user insights: run continuous discovery using mixed methods (quant, qual, AI-driven signals). Turn insights into clear problem statements and prioritization frameworks. Build deep product intuition, informed by market context and data.
  • Owning delivery & execution: manage the full product lifecycle from idea to launch and iteration. Write sharp specs, orchestrate team priorities, and drive execution with engineering and design partners. We’re looking for hands-on builders, people who love to prototype, test, and get things done rather than wait for perfect conditions.
  • Shaping data culture & experimentation: define success metrics at both product and business levels (e.g. conversion, revenue etc.). Instrument tracking plans, run tests or synthetic benchmarks, and build automated dashboards (Amplitude, SQL, gsheet). Champion a culture of iteration and impact-based decisions.
  • Collaborating across disciplines: work hand-in-hand with operations, growth, sales and leadership teams. Navigate trade-offs and ensure strong cross-functional alignment.

Zefir is a French proptech marketplace that speeds up real estate transactions by connecting homeowners with a network of real estate agents through a collective sales model. Homeowners list properties, which are exposed to a broader pool of qualified buyers via partner agents, with a lead agent handling viewings and negotiations; the platform charges a take rate as its fee, and buyers get an AI-powered experience with ZIA, while brokers receive AI-assisted task automation. Unlike traditional single-agent listings, Zefir leverages a network of agents and AI on both the buy and sell sides to speed deals and reduce manual work. Its goal is to expand across France and beyond, grow its AI capabilities and agent network, and increase annual home sales by making the process faster and easier for homeowners, buyers, and agents.
